We were founded in 1947 and have been going strong ever since. We are the oldest camera club in the Lehigh Valley area and we have been a member of PSA for over 70 years. Our members come from all walks of life - retirees to students, blue collar and white collar, beginners to advanced amateurs. We even have a couple of professionals that are a great asset to our group.
We meet from September through June, generally every 4th Thursday at 7:30 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Palmerton, PA. Dues are $20.00 per person for the year and $35.00 for a couple and $1.00 for Students up with 12th Grade with Student id.
Our programs include how-to lectures, hands on model and tabletop photography, travelogues, photo shoots, and mini lessons. An important part of each meeting is the discussion before and after the program. It is a chance for people to exchange tips and ideas and for beginners to get advice.
Our meetings are always open to visitors. However, to enter our yearly contests you must be a dues paying member.
