The 11th annual Scavenger Hunt competition between the Pocono Photo Club and the Palmerton Camera Club. Winner announced in June 2024.
Find or create photographs that fit your interpretation of the categories listed below. Images must be submitted via Drop Box no later than May 23, 2024.
Mystery - Candellight - Love (no kids, pets, parents, or partners) - Still Life with 2 pieces of fruit and one other item - Negative Space - Textures - Soft focus foreground
Interpretation is up to the photographer. One image only per category. Entries due no later than Mat 23, 2024.
Just pay your dues to either club, get your camera, and start shooting. Subjects can be found or created. Winners announced at the regular June meeting.
This is pictorial/creative contest with the theme of "the Letter P". The subject of each image should relate to the letter "P"; for instance: pie, pumpkin, pickle ball, perfect, patience, etc. Photos must be taken no earlier than January 1, 2024.
There will be 2 categories; Pictorial and Creative. Postprocessing in Pictorial will be limited to sharpening, cropping, color adjustment, brightness/contrast. Postprocessing in Creative is not limited, but no clip art. Each category will include both B&W and color.
Just pay your dues to the Palmerton Camera Club, get your camera, and start shooting. Come to the December 2024 meeting to see the results.
This will be an interesting challenge. That's why we are giving members advance warning. The theme is "One Location: Four Seasons". Images must be taken between Jan.1, 2024 and Oct. 24, 2025.
A single object (tree, building, etc.) should be present in each photograph, but can be photographed from different angles, even as background to another subject. Be creative. Think outside the box when defining 'seasons'.
